Stop Talking, Start Listening: What Social Media Listening can teach you about your customers

Stephen O’Leary , Managing Director at Olytico

Session Information

Customer feedback is centuries old, but the advent of social media has led to significant increases in the volume of feedback now available to us. It has also marked a shift in how we get customer feedback – you no longer need to ask for it, instead you can simply listen to what customer are telling you, publicly online.

In his presentation, Stephen O’Leary will take attendees through seven key pillars of social media listening – with relevance to those at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of social media strategy. As well as providing benchmarks for their current social listening activity, the presentation will be heavily focused on actionable takeaways – allowing the audience to immediately start implementing what they have learned.

The Happiness Habit

Brian Colbert

Session Information

Most seminars preach the benefits of positive thinking. This is something you know you don’t need to know. Still more seem to push you to be unrealistically happy espousing that happiness is just in your mind- “Think lovely warm cuddly thoughts and the universe will bid your calling!”. This seminar will explode some of the myths behind positive thinking and instead boldly, irreverently, humorously and categorically demonstrate and teach you HOW to be happy.
This course expands upon many of the key skills and concepts outlined in Brian’s bestselling book “The Happiness Habit” – the most successful personal development release in Gill & Macmillan’s 150 year history. Following on from this sustained success, Brian Colbert, Master Trainer of NLP, Mind Coach and regular TV contributor, has announced this realistic opportunity to change your life for the better. Using a series of powerful mind exercises, Brian Colbert will reveal the core elements that determine whether you achieve happiness or not. Brian will help you train your brain to replace constant self-criticism and depreciation with more useful ways of thinking. He will teach you the skills, ability, direction and focus to develop the habit of happiness.
So if you feel you are trapped by the past and held back by negative thoughts, then this course is for you. If you know you have more to offer but haven’t been able to show that yet, then this course will release the better you. If you just want to be happier and need to know how, then you have come to right place. Brian will teach you how.
